Ratings and reviews

After using this app for a while now, it seems it has uninstalled and reinstalled over the last couple of days. It has done this while we have our camper in the shop awaiting authorization for repairs. This is an issue because now the app indicates I do not have an account with RV Complete. I have the original contracts for my warranties. But, now I can't log in to the app to see my contact information to give to my service representative.

bought an rv from Blue Compass paid for a warranty, roadside service etc downloaded the app at the store and created an account but now they want me to pay $39 and says I have no account.

Tries to use roadside service, after 30 minutes they called stating they were still trying to find service. Used a different service and they had someone one the way within 10 minutes.
