26.05.2025 I paid 105 riyals to watch the Rabbit movie and web series for three months, but I can't watch any movie or series. Whenever I try to watch a movie or web series, it takes me to the pay option again and again. Please help me

Very pathetic . First the app not working most time . Also no video can play. Everytime u click to watch , it says it needs to update some app, when clixk on this again says the same . Also the helpline number cannot able to give any solution. I request the owner that there is some problem in app which need to be rectified immediatly and also a dedicated team to resolve the issues those who hv subscribed it .

Unable to open the app. While trying to open the app i am getting no internet connection error. Even after many users complaining about the issue you are giving only the generic answer(update the app) which doesn't seem to fix the issue. Not sure why developing the app if you cannot maintain it properly and Why the app with paid subscription if app doesn't work properly.
