The CommLink™ driver-centric mobile app is an integral component of the Ranger SST tow management software solution - the #1 All-In-One tow management solution (TMS).

The Ranger solution with CommLink™ delivers:

Operational Productivity -- more calls per driver while using less fuel!

• Dispatchers have tools to assign the right truck to the right job = shorter ETAs. Visual dispatch provides dispatchers with a single-screen view of ALL relevant trucks and ALL open jobs - drag & drop for assignment and the call goes to CommLink™.

• Drivers are equipped with the CommLink™ mobile solution which expedites their arrival at the service location, and simplifies the entry of required information (e.g., customer data, vehicle data and more).

• Dispatchers have more time to talk to customers, instead of drivers. Verbal conversations between dispatchers and drivers are replaced with electronic messaging via CommLink™.

• Credit cards can be processed, including pre-authorizations.

Administrative Efficiency -- less time at work, more time with family

• Go Paperless! Receipts can be emailed directly to the customer.

• Job records include all information (e.g., notes) entered by drivers on CommLink™ and are stored electronically and easily retrieved as needed.

• Accounting processes - Driver Checkout, Invoicing, Statements and Receivables Management - are all streamlined - leveraging the field input by drivers using CommLink™. Invoices are submitted electronically to motor clubs. Invoices and payments are both sent to QuickBooks automatically.

• Vehicles are automatically admitted into the lot when the driver marks the vehicle as Dropped in CommLink™. The management of the storage lot is simplified - and mobile enabled for continued picture-taking and physical inventories. Vehicles are easy to find, and the integration with ADD makes it easy to identify registered owners and lien holders, and manage the certified letter mailing process.

not happy with the July 4th update, it moved the next and submit buttons to the top of the screen where my battery percentage time and network connection is which now made it impossible to use those buttons. I have to use this app for work it's mandatory and the app is now useless . FIX IT

It's been a pain in my rear end due to overworking my phone to the point where it stops working and shuts off and restarts and it doesn't every so often like if you're trying to do that text the customer and do maps it can't handle it and just goes haywire needs a little work other than that it's pretty good I enjoy using it until it freezes up

Terrible app highjacks my media volume won't turn off blarring a horrendous siren for 2 mins straight unless your in the app when you get the call
