Rayhon mazkur filming ssenariysini yozgan va unga rejissorlik qilgan. Ammo undan keyingi yillarda Rayhon birorta ham filmda yirik rol o`ynamadi.
Rayhon G`aniyeva 1978-yilning 16-sentabrida Toshkent shahrida tug`ilgan. Onasi Tamara Shokirova taniqli akstria bo`lgan va O`zbek SSRda xizmat ko`rsatgan artist unvonini olgan. Otasi Otabek G`aniyev ham O`zbekistonda va boshqa sobiq sovet mamlakatlarida shuhrat qozongan aktyor bo`lgan.
