Elmhurst’s new enhanced RdSAP Go is a mobile app for Elmhurst accredited Domestic Energy Assessors, developed to minimise the time taken to complete domestic energy assessments.

This all-in-one mobile solution combines evidence and data capture to ensure assessors can lodge an EPC and prepare their evidence for future QA audits, all whilst they are out on site.

RdSAP Go includes the following features:

• A new user interface optimised for both Android tablets and mobile phones.
• New controls to ease data entry.
• Evidence capture.
• Guidance mode to assist with QA.
• Configure RdSAP Go to the way that you work.
• Ability to add Supporting Notes to your assessment.
• A new traffic light system identifying completed and incomplete sections of your assessment.
• Offline assessment calculation
• Upload partially completed assessments.
• Lodge EPCs from your device.

Members can download the software manual via the Access Elmhurst members portal.

Android user. 1. when you take a photograph on the app, you need to click OK on every photo, whereas on iPhone, you can take all of your photographs at once without constantly clicking ok and then camera again. 2. label a photograph, you need to click the invisible lable box at the side of the photo. If you select from your saved descriptions, it goes back to the top of the page. LOADS of issues need fixing before the new update in June. I can't fit more words on the review. FIX IT NOW!!!

I've been using this for about 4 years now and it works brilliant, really fast , the layout is superb. All credit to the developers as it is an outstanding program.. I use a S10 Note +. Nearly always if something doesn't work it's the users, ie my fault. When entering Postcodes never leave a space at the end , it will not recognise the postcode.

Ok but could be better. Using on Samsung s20 ultra. Doesn't allow you to upload pics uncategorised. Also doesn't ask for all pics unless certain options are picked. Doesn't flow for me at all layout is all over the place
