Only good thing is it works for all Reading libraries. Everything else is frustrating. I’ve been #1 in the queue for a book for 9 months with no updates or alerts. Same with other reservations—silence. But when I borrow something, I get nonstop notifications to return it because it’s "allocated to another borrower." The app clearly can send notifications, it just doesn’t when it matters. Totally unreliable.
