It used to work fine, but now the date of the available assignment does not appear, just the day of the week: Fri, Sep. This almost resulted in my double scheduling myself for September 20. And when I tap "My Schedule," the app closes down. Please get this fixed! I'm using a Samsung Galaxy A32 phone. I wish you offered a phone number so I could explain this better to a real person.

Android 12 on moto g stylus 2022: No buttons in notifications. The app is slow to start or transition (up to 30 seconds to start, IF it starts). By that time, the assignment has been claimed. I'm going broke fast. Buying a new phone is out of reach. An “Are you sure“ button would be best on both Accept and Dismiss that blocks others for a few seconds while you decide. If faster is better, then it should be rewarded with the ability to think without causing problems for our area supervisor.

So many problems. Don't get notified about jobs until after it's filled, the push notification is delayed. Unable to cancel from app. I have made several attempts to login in to website and states invalid login credentials. I attempt to reset password and no email is sent. I can login into the app with no problem. This has been a very frustrating experience.
