As far as communicating with and scheduling visits, the app is very helpful and saves me time trying to reach a person, but redirect health has always been very prompt, and I've recieved quicker better health care then when I had conventional local health insurance. Love it enough I got it for all my staff too.

What a great way to connect to your healthcare provider. Easy to use and the friendliest virtual doctors available. They take the time to really understand your needs.

Terrible app. You can't accomplish anything without having ending up having to call someone who doesn't know how to help you. They don't cover anything important. Avoid at all costs.
