Can't access my subscription, can't contact anyone for help. Don't get it. Finally got contact they didn't help me suggestions didn't help. After a few more tries ask to cancel. Problem is now they won't refund my subscription. I'll stick with drama box and good shorts. They are great. I just wanted one more long term subscription. Do not get this

I am unhappy. I paid for a weekly subscription; however, the show that I was watching cut me off stating that episodes 19 - 50 would be available August 31st. The list shows all 50 episodes are there, so why can't I watch them? I spent $19.99 for a week's subscription expecting to watch any shows that I wanted for the week. I looked at other shows and found that I have seen the live versions of all I would be interested in. I suppose I will need to buy coins to finish. I want a REFUND.

I'm beyond mad how do they have unfinished episodes u get invested in a story and it doesn't finish no sign of when the rest will be available i. Annoyed and where can I cancel my weekly subscription so it doesn't renew because of can't on the Google play app now if u go online it offers all the great deals and things like that but it will log me out like in on two different devices fix it and help me sheesh
