The app doesn't tell you explicitly when you are not allowed to park the bike in a certain area. Instead, it will let you happily park wherever you want and then hit you with a 20 euro fine some time later (even when the city allows parking there). And no, I don't want to go back then to park the bike somewhere else. This is terrible UX at best, scammy and predatory behavior at worst. Every legit competitor shows you very clearly when you are not allowed to park somewhere.

Super unfriendly for new customers. Didn't know about the parking lots, left my bike in like 100 metres from one, got a fine, and the first time I've heard from the app about the fact that I did it wrong was 26 minutes after I parked the bike. 26 minutes! When I already left the place. I might have reparked it straight away if I knew a bit earlier, you know. But now I have to go back from the other part of the city to repark it. Thanks, rekola, for a ruined day, a lovely ride it was.

Latest update on a Samsung galaxy s20, android 11: Can't localize gps, it doesn't recognize the location and I can't do it manually. Sometimes the button that allows me to localize the bike, it disappear. Can't get pictures cause it takes time to access the camera. App super slow compared to the previous version which was fast and simple but mostly, working.
