And still almost a year later this app is still trash! Probably worse than a year ago! For every 20 time I log in with my same phone 18 of them I have to get a text with a code. The app is trash. This app works maybe 2 days a week. And if you have 3 accounts and 3 people logging in because they need to check their account, you have to have a text confirmation just to login Everytime. It gets really old really fast.

Downgraded - First - it is idiotic that the app sends a security code to your phone to verify, and then on the next screen asks for your phone number (THAT THEY JUST TEXTED A CODE TO) in order to enroll. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every couple of months, because it will start requiring my password again within the app just to transfer money between accounts or do anything other than look at the balance. It really needs tweaking. When it works, it works great... until it doesn't.

Constantly goes down. And other times have to delete and re-download the app to get it to work. Also after just a few minutes, even if you're actively using the app, it will close out on you and force you to sign back in. Could understand if it done that if sitting idle. But I'll be scrolling up and down on the monthly activity page and have to start over
