Ratings and reviews

Super clunky and slow user interface. There's no way to change notification preferences through the app, so be prepared for tons of emails and phone notifications from the app for every single post, message, etc. From a staff perspective, uploading photos and videos is tedious. From a parent perspective, looking through and downloading photos and videos is not intuitive.

There are some positives with the app so I'll start with them. I am able to communicate easily with my kid's teacher & get notifications when they upload pictures. As for the UI/UX, it's lacking. I have an Android so I don't know if that's the main cause for it not being great but viewing pictures is cumbersome. Trying to check-in/out is useless because it takes forever to load and I end up leaving. Trying to invite my spouse is also buggy. If I was the preschool, would get another app.

Throw back to the 80s with the UI. Also, flow per child doesn't make any sense. Updates are sent only via daily log, and not by sorted list of events. Remini can learn a lot from brightwheel
