INSIDE Remote Camera

This App provides the ability to use an additional video camera and audio source and join these to an active INSIDE video call between an INSIDE Advisor and Customer.


Seamlessly connected with INSIDE

An INSIDE Advisor can easily connect another video camera feed during an active Customer video call. An Advisor selects the available INSIDE Remote Camera and the location will be connected in few secs automatically if the Remote Camera App is already running on an iPad/iPhone device.


Multiple Camera Technology

An INSIDE Advisor using the existing INSIDE Store App or INSIDE dashboard will start a Customer video call from a Store or Call Center location. The Advisor can then select an additional camera feed in the same location to demonstrate products from the shelf. The Advisor can quickly switch between their handheld camera or to a camera mounted on a tripod or on a table to demonstrate a specific product.


Connect multiple stores

An Advisor may have limited edition items located at different Store locations that a Customer can not visit. An Advisor from the Customer's local Store can quickly connect with a Customer on a video call and select to join the remote location to the Video Call to show limited edition items.


Immediate Implementation

Installing INSIDE Remote Camera is easy to connect to the existing INSIDE setup. Advisors simply download the app and register the Remote Cameras through the INSIDE dashboard. With an intuitive interface requiring very little training, your Remote Advisors and Stores can start using the INSIDE Remote Camera within minutes.
