Rest reminder is a small service tool with the main purpose to help its users to maintain productive work sessions by reminding them to take frequent breaks from work.

The app is based on an idea, that often people, while working, tend to lose sense of time, which sometimes may result lead to fatigue and lower productivity in short time, and may cause health problems over a longer period of time.

Rest reminder can be left running by itself to notify user with sound notifications, requiring minimal interaction with the app (only to turn on and off the reminder). Or user can take full control of Rest reminder with options to extend or to prematurely end curent work or rest periods. If interested, user can select mode, that allows to launch each period when desired.

Customize each period type (work, rest) lenghts from 1 minute up to 47 hours. Assing different sound tone to each period type.
