this used to be a good app, but now it won't even load. And when it does it will often freeze. it keeps telling me check my connection but I had service as everything else works fine. I even connect to the buses WiFi and it still says check your connection. it's frustrating, as something that was useful no longer is.

I used to be able to get on the app, press the location button, and bam, immediately see where the bus was and gauge how much time I had left. Now, I need to press on the real-time map, which shows me the entire map. Utterly useless. Also you removed the Location button. Thanks.

not in any way intuitive or user friendly!!!! super frustrating!!!! hard to get the info you need if you can get it at all!!! worst app ever for such an important service!!!! can't get list of times for my stop and connecting stops!!!! can't plan my trip at all unless i know in advance the numbers of the buses (how the hell am i supposed to know that????!!) even then will only give you next time of that stop NOT list of times for that stop... this app sucks BALLS!!!!!!!
