Accessibility Services Disclosure: RoboForm offers the ability to use the Accessibility Service to augment AutoFill on older devices or in cases when AutoFill is not working correctly. When enabled, the Accessibility Service is used to look for login fields in apps and web sites. This establishes the appropriate field IDs and captions when a match for the app or web site is found and fills credentials. When the Accessibility Service is active RoboForm does not store information and it does not control any on-screen elements beyond filling credentials.

Ratings and reviews

RoboForm is very buggy and complicated. I wanted to like it, & I went ahead and paid for a year. I have it set up on 4 devices: a computer, a laptop and 2 phones. I hoped it would solve my problems of needing to remember passwords. But what it actually did was just complicate my life to the point of frustration. There is currently a bug where it Is using 45% of my battery, running in the background too! Also tech support is not the greatest. They need to have clear tutorials re setttings.

I've used RoboForm for many years & still enjoy using it. It keeps my passwords safe & it has a Password Generator, in case you can't think of one. You can set it to how many characters you need for each password. It also shows the strength of each password it shows. You can scroll through each password until you find the strength you want, then you can select it. DON'T EVER forget your password.

I got everything linked in with this at work, stopped most of the company passwords from staying the same longer than 2 months, and linked all of our certs and license's through this. So if you want to seem like a genius, change abhorrent password practices with ease, and have a good area to store docs that some idiot will misplace... It has been 10 years since I wrote that, I still use Roboform daily. It's got password security inbuilt, and easy device transfer tools.
