It makes life easier. Well was happy, now frustrated. I go to sign in, & immediately it goes back to home screen as if I never logged in. December 2025..If I could give a minus stars I would. this app totally sucks now. I check my credit card & now I have to go through hoops to see if a refund was made & check the balance. it states that the transaction is now a charge until I jump through said hoops. Same for checking issues all through the app. I probably will now change credit unions.

App is working only half the time!! Seriously, you are our bank information if we can't go to an "open" place location. The app is slow, doesn't always show all your info and transactions, has a lot of issues even trying to log in, app is down so frequently it's annoying. There are occasional crashes and adds in the way. I'm not impressed with the poor quality and lack of maintenance

It's a basic app that does what every banking app does, except cooperate with Zelle. Cashapp/Venmo/etc have been compromised and remain untrustworthy. Safe has their own in-house online payment system, but it's just a debit payment scheduler, or you can transfer funds to another Safe Credit Union account. That's about as useful as company scrip. My biggest problem has been the servers going offline. If you frequently turn your card off for security, you're screwed if the app isn't working.
