[App SAKELAVO that visualizes the taste]
By reading the JAN code (barcode) of the product with the SAKELAVO CAMERA, you can see the taste data and product information based on the taste chart and taste map registered in SAKELAVO.
The current SAKELAVO CAMERA has registered taste data for 3,250 bottles of wine (red, white, sparkling, and rosé) and 759 bottles of sake. (As of December 1, 2022)
*Beer, whiskey, shochu, cocktails, and chuhai are not available.

【feature】
In order to visualize the taste, SAKELAVO has partnered with the Japan Alcoholic Beverage Information Center to register data on wines and sake that have been inspected using a taste recognition device.

・Taste chart
Taste is charted with numerical data on 5 axes [sharpness, bitterness, complexity, sweetness, richness] (red wine has 6 axes with astringency added)

・Taste map
A taste map with richness on the horizontal axis and sweetness on the vertical axis is also posted.

It is possible to choose alcohol by grasping the positioning of alcohol and the position of your preference from the taste map.
If you are a beginner, you can find out the difference in taste more easily than a taste chart by asking where this sake is located on the taste map.
