"Coba menggunakan device lain": failed "Coba beberapa saat lagi": wasted my time and failed Im starting to think there's something inherently wrong with the app... or the server. If you want to digitalize, do it properly. This service is straight up unusable, unreliable at best. "Wajib pajak", yeah I'd like to pay mine, if I can that is. Stop cheaping out on your servers and developers, or stop being corrupt so the money actually goes to the service.

Mohon maaf atas kendala yang wajib pajak hadapi, silahkan di coba kembali secara berkala dan coba mengunakan device lain seharusnya bisa berjalan dengan normal. jika masih tidak bisa wajib pajak bisa mengirimkan foto KTP dan STNK ke alamat email puslia168@gmail.com untuk kami coba lakukan crosscheck

Everytime I open this app it says "no internet connection", " Go to your settings, check permission." The hell are they! I'v done it several times and still the same. Moreover, I've done uninstall and reinstall it several times. No works.

Sambara Jabar. The more days, the more complicated the system is. Required to text sms to the operator only to get booking code. Sent the sms TWICE for three days resulting no replies at all. It forced me to manually make a payment and spend for almost three hours. Shameful.
