Doesn't even deserve one star but zero wasn't an option. Never has scanned. Used to be able to input tracking # manually. Not anymore since the last update removed that option. Now I have to waste my time in the task menu clicking on the Scan Not Complete then waste time in the "other" field of survey explaining why and having to type in the tracking # and making sure I typed it in correctly. The app is useless and will be removed from my phone soon since it's taking up valuable space.

Requires frequent updates and won't work if update isnt performed. Since updates are at random intervals with no notice, you find yourself in a store unable to begin work until it loads.. this time my device has been loading for 30 minutes and still not ready. Please fix this!

Use this app for work only, but I have to say, I love this job!! "Alex", AI, responded, then so did a real human, I was amazed that this remote position was even available.
