Ratings and reviews

Even though my system language is English, the app is still showing in Japanese. Developers kindly enable language alteration update for this app. Since I'm new to Japan and has minimal knowledge in Japanese, I'm not able to use the app.

The most terrible, least user friendly app I have ever had the displeasure of having to download. Not only do you constantly have to re register your email but it also doesn't allow all features or have any other language functions. Honestly wish I never registered with this bank. Even their website gives problems when trying to transfer funds. I am thoroughly unimpressed.

Works great, will rate it one star less (at least), because isn't written in English.. App developers, if you read this plane English message do make an effort to make an app actually for foreigners please! It's not possible always or its quite inconvenient to translate Japanese while on a go.. It's 21st century and English is the most common language.. I'm sure Shinsei Bank can afford this basic act of respect to its clients..
