Animisha Assist is brought to you by the Vigilance Department of South Central Railway (SCR), one of the premier Railway Zones of Indian Railways (IR). The Vigilance organization is an essential and integral part of Indian Railways, assisting the department in running a clean and efficient administration that ensures ethical and value-based services for the nation as a whole. On SCR, the Vigilance Department consists of the Senior Deputy General Manager (SDGM) and a team of Vigilance Officers covering all departments, along with 24 Vigilance Inspectors and supporting staff. The Animisha Assist app has been developed to guide all Vigilance officials by incorporating the Railway Vigilance Manuals, Vigilance Board Circulars, SCR system improvements, Vigilance Department vacancy notifications, achievements and milestones of SCR, latest innovations, and various precautionary instructions to ensure transparency and integrity among all SCR Central Government employees.
