The app is useful now and works but still not well. It seems to be pushing a desktop site into a mobile format. The bill pay page will pop out of frame and slowly grow wider as you navigate. Without any left to right slider it eventually becomes unusable as the buttons are off the screen. Actually loads correctly now so Definitely better than it was so updating to 3 stars.

I usually don't rate apps but, I need to in Hope's that someone within the credit union will FIX this apps issues. I can count on it being inconsistent with trying to log in. I've visited a branch on multiple occasions. My last visit was a 2 day, yes a 2 day process. The branch staff were very kind and patient. When I Ieft we thought all was solved. NOPE my log in issues have returned. I hope there is a FIX ASAP!

Worst mobile banking experience I've ever seen! I have been continuously more and more frustrated with your "convenient mobile banking." First, the Android app has not received an update in over 3 years. Second, 80% of the time I try to get into the app, there is an "unknown error." Lastly, I was able to get in my truck, drive to the bank, and deposit a check more quickly than I could get into the app to do a mobile deposit. PLEASE do something to improve your mobile banking. I beg you!
