A wonky, slow, poorly designed piece of junk that offers an extremely limited version of everything it should. It's all there, but somehow they've made it all useless. Nothing is intuitive. Nothing is organized well. Want to see the next 3 on your favorite route? That's on your home page. Want to see the next one after that? That's FIFTEEN CLICKS AWAY and you can't save it and oh, it's showing you the wrong day's schedule anyway! Absolutely f#¢ing garbage app. Prepare to miss your train.

When it works, it's ok. Poor security and log on system. Doesn't remember username or password, and signs out constantly. No fingerprint sign in. Bus location often incorrect or doesn't show. I never get notifications, but have them on for several routes. The trip planner is clunky and doesn't save. SeptaKEY doesn't notify about card reload or expiration, card just drops off app when expired. It's ok but needs a lot of development with basic functionality.

The maps are hard to navigate and the login is very finnicky. However now that I don't use it to reload my Key card (finally!!!) it functions fairly well. The maps are still difficult to navigate and it requires too much knowledge of the system to know what services are on what bus. It's also poorly set up for intermodal use since you can only track one type of vehicle at a time.
