Simple and fast note taking for doing (SFST) Standardized Field Sobriety Testing. Fill out the Subjects name, flip the switches, add your notes, then click Save. From there, you can created a PDF with a time stamp of when the Send button was pressed. If you have Acrobat Reader on your device, you can physically sign the PDF and save it to and as whatever name you want.
