문의 남기면 답장 기본 3-5일 걸리고 오더한 물건 없다고 돈 환불하는데 택스랑 통관수수료는 왜 안돌려주는거죠? 물건 주문조차 못들어갔는데 fee는 업체가 먹음. 환불대신 같은 물건 컬러만 바꿔서 오더 안되냐구 문의 남겼더니 5일뒤에 답장와서 돈 더 내라함 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 결제할때 금액 잘 확인하세요 hidden fee 있어요. 물어보면 일부택스랑 핸들링fee라고 하는데 어떤 기준으로 몇프로 붙는지도 안나와있음 걍 탈퇴하고 앱 삭제가 답

모두들 구매하실때 받은상품이 하자가 있거나 다른 색상이 오더라도 환불도 교환도 안되는점 유의 하시기 바랍니다. 해외공구 특성상 교환이나 환불이 어려운점 이해하나, 주문한 상품이 명백한 하자가 있음에도 불구하고 교환도 안되고 환불도 안된다고 하네요. 제가 직접 구매한것도 아니니 판매처에 문의할수도 없어서 대신 문의 요청드렸으나 한달후 받은 답변은 이미 교환요청 시간이 지나 안된다는거 였습니다. 빠른 문의응대가 이뤄졌으면 충분히 해결가능했을거라 보는데 이런점이 정말 아쉽네요. 이번 이벤트로 이 어플 알게된후 정말 유용하게 쓰일거라 생각했는데 다시는 못쓸거같아요.
