The app is the same as the website. No functionality except to submit claims. They can't be managed at all. There's no way to submit for reimbursements within the claim. Everything still requires calling and emailing. This app is just to see or enter claims. That's it! It's basically useless.

Requests a pass code everytime instead of adding a password. you cant even file a claim from the app. the website is just as bad. once you get past the headache of all of that then they try to upsale you whenever they call about your claim. im a renter and this is the home owners warranty service. not worth your time go to a different company
