The SMA Outcome Measures IT app is a digital solution, integrated in the ISMAC-ITASMAC Registry, which makes the compilation of the scores (or scales) available through a tablet-type device HINE, CHOP, HFMSE, RHS, WHO,
RULM and ULM already computerized within the ISMAC-ITASMAC Register.

The Registry is a valuable tool for Patients, Researchers and Clinicians to share information on neuromuscular diseases.
Thanks to the optimized graphic layout, tracing the paper versions of the scales, the SMA Outcome Measures IT app simplifies the work of the doctor and the physiotherapist who will be able to quickly compile the scales and focus their attention on the patient also thanks to the joint compilation of some scales. For each compiled scale it is possible to download or print a pdf file. Furthermore, within the application there is a section dedicated to graphs, i.e. the trends of the individual scales that monitor the score obtained by each individual patient.
