What is a mock test : Mock tests are those tests in which the number of questions is equal to the number of questions appearing in the actual examination. In a mock test, the exam time is equal to the time given in the actual exam. Like the actual examination, questions are also given in different parts in mock tests. In mock tests, the result of mock test is shown after giving mock test. Users are not able to see the result of mock test before the mock test is completed. Mock tests are a model paper designed on the basis of the exam and its format is like the actual exam. Hence mock tests are prepared on the basis of the actual test, using which the user can improve their preparation for the exam even more. By using mock tests, the user can improve his or her errors in the examination to a great extent by understanding or knowing. Preparation from mock tests has proved to be very effective for the candidates.

Negative Marking : For every wrong answer, 1/4 points will be deducted.

General English, General Awareness, Arithmetic, general intelligence and reasoning section, General Science

SSC MTS Examination Syllabus - While preparing for the General Awareness section, you must read the following topics-
Current Affairs Questions, Indian History Questions, General Science, National and international current affairs, Indian culture and heritage, The Constitution of India, Geography of India and all India Gk Questions.
Questions on ‘General Intelligence and Reasoning’ will be non- verbal in SSC MTS Exam 2023.

English Language : the basics of English Language, its vocabulary, grammar, sentence structure, synonyms, antonyms and its correct usage, etc. and writing ability would be tested.

General Intelligence and Reasoning : It would include questions of non-verbal type. The test will include questions on similarities and differences, space visualization, problem solving, analysis, judgment, decision making, visual memory, discriminating observation, relationship concepts, figure classification, arithmetical number series, non-verbal series etc. The test will also include questions designed to test the candidate’s abilities to deal with abstract ideas and symbols and their relationship, arithmetical computation and other analytical functions.

Numerical Aptitude : Number Systems, Computation of Whole Numbers, Decimals and Fractions and relationship between Numbers, Fundamental arithmetical operations, Percentages, Ratio and Proportion, Averages, Interest, Profit and Loss, Discount, use of Tables and Graphs, Mensuration, Time and Distance, Ratio and Time, Time and Work, etc.

General Awareness : Matters of everyday observation and experience in their scientific aspects as may be expected of an educated person. The test will also include questions relating to India and its neighboring countries especially pertaining to Sports, History, Culture, Geography, Economic scene, General Polity including Indian Constitution, and Scientific Research etc.
