Ratings and reviews

This app has never worked the way it is supposed to for me. Sometimes, the notification is extremely delayed or doesn't go off at all. Other times, it goes off but makes no sound even though all of my settings are supposed to allow it to sound. It's scary that a real issue could occur and that this wouldn't work well to provide warning during an emergency.

Best emergency communication app in the market. Huge upgrades from the days of when this was PunchAlert prior to the acquisition. Love the upgraded e911 experience and echo indor location.

There are some great features but also some frustrations when using it.
