Buggy, inconsistent and inconvenient. Frequently refuses to show me my schedule, logs me out, won't load the convention schedule or map, notifications don't work, addresses are inconsistent and take 4 clicks to actually access, saved locations don't display on the map, etc. Linkedin works better for connecting and Google maps works better for finding events. Seeing how full an event is is useful when it loads.

2024 UPDATE: Wow, it's STILL terrible! I have new messages, but they won't show up in my inbox. Instead there are messages from 2 years ago. It's impossible to sort available SXXpress passes by type of event. Repeated glitches. What a failure! This app is pretty terrible, extremely buggy, glitching constantly, and often crashing entirely. It's also impossible to keep track of the schedule, and you can't filter out online events/screenings! Please bring back the printed program booklet!!

Update 1 year later: can't login at all. I was logged in but hadn't used the app in a couple weeks. I enter my credentials, app spins, doesn't give me an error message, just returns to the login screen. Nothing to tell me why. Every year it's something new. Fix this please. App wanted me to login and link my credential AGAIN. After logging in and relinking my credential, no photo, no favorites, nothing useful, even though I can see everything on the website. Does not inspire confidence. Yeesh.

Unfortunately, we had a outage in our authentication services last week that lasted about 24 hrs. I apologize for any inconvenience, however, the login service was restored and you should be able to log in and see your details.
