The SafeAlign app integrates the DEKRA Adaptive Safety Platform into the SafeAlign system’s robust mechanisms for developing supervisors and managers’ safety leadership. Within the SafeAlign system, the Adaptive Safety Platform:

•Provides a place for leaders to record and refine their Personal Safety Vision.
•Prompts leaders to conduct key Safety Activities such as Safety Contacts, Hazard Inspections, and Coaching.
•Captures and tracks exposure data and feedback from Safety Activities.
•Captures data about the frequency and quality of Safety Activities.
•Captures and tracks safety activity goals and progress.
•Tracks skill development and training sessions.
•Captures and tracks the effectiveness of governance team meetings.
•Rolls up key data into a real-time Dashboard for the Governance Team’s management of the safety improvement effort.
