I mean the app is solid, there's no bugs, I can do easy transfers from my checking account to my savings the bit of hassle of having to go in person to get/make the account is worth it plus I don't have to write down every little purchase I make and the adds are not like in the way and it's only promotional content for other things the bank itself offers.

Hard to figure out the logic/terminology regarding the way they document our activity (like listing transactions as a purchase that was a withdrawal, ect). Its a big problem. Cant trust the details it provides. But otherwise it's a convenient and seamless app that provides all the basic and semi-advanced services (like depositing checks and transfers ect.). My favorite though, is the mobile banking where I can fulfill my most used & essential needs via text message. Love Credit Unions!!

Comparatively, this app is horrible! I can't do anything from here and have to call just to do basic things on my account I can do through the app of other banks, like freeze my debit card. And there is no option for push notifications, so no info on what is happening with your account until you log in. Have had this app for literal YEARS... No new features since I started using it.
