"I recently used Sahal Transportation app and was impressed with the user interface and the functionality of the app. However, I did find their rule requiring luggage to be delivered at least 15 minutes before the car departs to be inconvenient. As a user of the app, I would like to request that Sahal Transportation consider changing

i stop booking this company since i tried so many times to book even i tried to update but it's same. so i stop using to travel also i ask help for the Hargeisa office but there was no respond. i stop using SAHAL becuase of no help.

The application interface is acceptable, however, the delivery inside Hargeisa is worthless. I did a delivery request, and I found out that they did not deliver it after one day. Also, the driver says 5 mins but he stays hours until he reaches me
