■What is a Salesforce Certified Associate?

This certification empowers new Trailblazers seeking a career in the Salesforce ecosystem. It will help you review the basics of Salesforce and find the Salesforce career path you want to take.

■How to become a Salesforce Certified Associate
As a Salesforce Certified Associate, you will have a fundamental understanding of how integrated CRM platforms can solve the challenge of connecting departments and customer data. It is also desirable to have basic knowledge of reporting, user management, sharing, customization, data management, etc. No technical expertise required.

The Salesforce Certified Associate Certification Exam is for people who have 0 to 6 months of Salesforce user experience and want to demonstrate their skills in the following areas:

・How to solve the problem of linking departments and customer data with a CRM platform
・Types of business challenges that can be solved with Salesforce Customer 360
・Main terms of the Salesforce platform
・Basic functionality of the latest version of Salesforce at a basic level (requirements collection, reporting, security, sharing, customization, data management)
