The purpose of the restaurant, in addition to being a well-known archipelago restaurant, was from the beginning that it would provide both summer guests and residents on Klädesholmen with high quality food based on local ingredients with strong influences from the coast and sea. Today, the ambition was to develop the guests' interest in food and inspire new flavors.
