This app comes without instructions and is not intuitive in the least. I am sure how it seems obvious to the developer but it is not apparent to those of us that did not develop the concept. I dont understand how this app is supposed to work. I have a couple of side gigs that are app based you could take some lessons from them if you want to grow this platform and service. For example AmazonFlex there is a series of videos explaining exactly how each step of the process works !

I've downloaded and you instilled this app so many times in the hopes that they will finally have some type of progress but NOPE. In almost a year time of time and you all still haven't done any "Training" why not just put the app on hold until you have all your ducks in a row?

No Organization, I just downloaded the app and it already had me update it. There are no instructions so I have no clue what to do and I have already emailed support to ask and they responded and said they would be responding or sending something to the app. I still have not received anything.

Downloading the app is the first step in onboarding. In the first two weeks people receive instructions in an extensive training program and other onboarding steps which are communicated through in-app notifications.We update our apps every week or two with new features and any bug fixes. All support requests have been handled within 8 hours.
