This is the worst service I have ever experienced, and I do not recommend it at all. Do not purchase any products from Sangeeta. The app and services were terrible, and the delivery was exceptionally poor. They even charge customers 4-5% of the order amount for cancellations and refunds, despite failing to deliver the items within the promised timeline.

worst online app, I booked phone and it was supposed to get delivered within 24 hours and it has been 3 days now and there is no track of the phone, support team does not pick the call at all. The call gets back to IVR again and again, finally disconnects. I am unable to cancel the order also. It looks like a fraud company, they have taken the money and neither delivering the phone nor allowing me to cancel the order and get back my money.

The worst online experience, they say delivery within 30 minutes or 24 hours, these are false promises just to compete with other online platforms, with this kind of service, they have to close their online delivery platform soon. I have ordered a mobile from their store , they promised 24hr delivery, even after 2 days it's still in awaiting confirmation status. I don't think they will deliver it soon, other thing, there is a total data disconnect with the app and web app, shows wrong addresses
