Since the new update, Santander Sign is broken. Whenever I initiate login, transaction, it shoots something went wrong then does not react when I press pending items. It literally prevents me from using the bank account. I can't even contact the customer center for this. Seriously wasting my time on this. Please don't tell me to reinstall. I already did and renewed the activation. Still doesnt work.

This app is unusable. I opened a new bank account and cannot use the sign app. I receive notifications for transactions or login confirmations, but when I open the app, it shows a pending transaction with no option to confirm or accept. Tapping the transaction does nothing. I can't even log in to the Santander banking app because of this. The issue prevents all account access. The developer team must resolve this immediately—this is critical for any banking app.

It just stopped working. It starts, in den login, but the messages from the bank cannot be confirmed. The only button I can see is history. I can see and tap on the message which is confirmed by the sound but I cannot confirm the message. Something that worked a while back. Extremely unhappy about this The config used is: App runs on pixel phone, the connection done over from the browser on my laptop.
