SaqQutto is a simple and easy task and schedule management tool that anyone can use.
By sharing the ToDos and schedules of multiple members with SaqQutto, you can organize the progress in an easy-to-understand manner and grasp it at a glance.

【Features】
◇ Task management, schedule management, and process management (Gantt chart) are all available, and each can be linked to the other! Related information can be grasped and updated at once.
◇The operation is intuitive with drag & drop. The screen display and functions are simple and easy to use.
◇ The system can be used not only on smartphones and tablets, but also on PCs (Web).

【Main functions】
◇ Board and Kanban function
Team tasks can be managed on boards for each of the three statuses: Not Started, In Progress, and Completed.
Progress status can be updated by drag & drop. You can grasp at a glance what tasks are in progress and how much work there is to be done.

◇ Custom board function
You can create boards other than Not started, In progress, and Completed.
Example) "I want to create a board for each project" or "I want to separate boards for each member", etc.

◇ Schedule function
The calendar is available in two patterns: monthly and daily.
You can link tasks related to the schedule, so you can manage your events and ToDos as a set.
Example: Link a "Document creation" task to a "Meeting" event, etc.

◇ Gantt chart function
A Gantt chart (process management sheet) is automatically created just by setting a period for the task.
The work period and priority are visualized, making it easier to understand the progress of the entire project.

◇ List function
All tasks can be displayed in a hierarchical structure like a folder, so they can be used to organize and group tasks within the team.
