Easily scan and share documents with Scandroid! Built with the latest technologies, Scandroid is an independent document scanner app, created with simplicity and privacy in mind.
Scandroid works fully offline and utilizes the Google Machine Learning scanner engine, to deliver advanced scanning capabilities entirely on your device. It was created to keep your scans secure and private, and thanks to its design, Scandroid:
* does not require any account to use. Just install the app, and You're ready to go!
* will never send your scans anywhere or share any information about them. Scans are only kept on Your device and are not shared with any other apps (unless you explicitly decide to share them)
* does not read Your files, images or documents. You can, however, manually decide to add photos from your phone gallery
* will not collect any of your personal data or scan information. Some analytics (like error logs) are enabled to help me improve the app, but all of them can be disabled in settings.
With the free version of Scandroid you can use all the basic scanner app functionality, including:
* creating scans from the device camera or existing photos, with advanced edit and filter options
* saving scans in JPEG or PDF formats
* viewing created scans
* sharing scanned images or PDF files anywhere you want
In the future, a set of paid functions may be introduced, but the application core will forever remain free to use.
