Service is good. I like my local shop BUT THIS APP IS USELESS. IT FAILS TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS AND DOESNT AHOW YOU THE ONES THAT THE SALON JAS IN THE BOOKS! There is no way to provide feedback to the technical team 7+ the in-store employees dont have a way of getting in touch with the proper channels that makes their business look like a joke. Aside from the horrible app experience, they also don't provide receipts or have a fine print explaining their subscriptions. Slightly shady.

the app and website are both rather terrible. not user friendly, can't edit account or memberships. really annoying. no way to contact tech support or anything either.

App blows a big sack of shark nuts. Crashes constantly, rarely works. Just take the thing down and try again. Overpriced haircut and a crummy app to top it off 🤷
