Really outdated software with almost no restocks and really hard to find what you need due to the outdated software, other than that it's good. (Edit). Software is still outdated, no customer support, "sell your guns". To whom??? There is no contact number, no form, nothing. Just a blank page.

"mis-information" in one word, the fact that they took almost 2 months to provide me my receipt & they bullied me on a simple & resolvable, exchange & gun upgrade issue. u c, u dont know an organization untill u have a problem, thats when it all matters. & remember to research their pricing. my credentials : customer service & security + surveillance consultant.

1)App is good but online payment mode is unavailable. 2)Why Products are added which are out of stok or not available??? NEEDS UPDATE ON REGULAR BASIS TO AVOID THIS. 3)Products are mentioned at very high rates, same quality available in market at reasonable price and in Huge verity.
