This app is decent and works to program your bike 'in the field's without wires or needing a laptop. It takes just a couple of minutes to put the bike into tuning mode, then ride and record. The app will take any of the recordings you made and aggregate them into one, new, overall map for your bike. Huge step forward from the 'old' way.

I had the same already paired BT issue as a lot of people. Ignore the fact that you can update the firmware so you are actually connected. There is a YT video on unpairing. Just act as though you're upset with your bike and go fully forward and back with your throttle several times, 5+ to make sure you got in 3-5 within the first few seconds of ignition on. Don't even wait for the full boot / ACR click.

After buying the tuner, I went online and reviewed several tutorials on the installation and use. I hooked it up and started the process. I was able to pair the device with the tuner, but that's as far as I got. It was very glitchy, and I could not finish the recommended tune. So I back out and attempted the process again. The device would no longer pair with my phone. At this point, I have a very expensive paperweight. I've attempted several times, I cannot get past pairing the device.

Hello. Unfortunately, we are unable to troubleshoot your phone & vehicle online via the app review, your local dealer should be able to assist further. It seems you are able to pair your phone to the Street Tuner. Loading a base calibration should be straight forward. Please ensure you have a STRONG WiFi and/or Cellular connection established.
