AWFUL I was so happy the report that almost all of my data had been recovered but I have been trying you get access to the secure drive and it is so frustrating. Give me a you drive with my restore data on it and a cable that only connects to my laptop. But the app is not available for laptop, but only for phone. So I still have no access to my data after several days. Very frustrating. Definitely NOT recommended!

The app DOESNT WORK! it recognizes my drive but when I try to connect if at this point, it NEVER connects afterwards and just goes into an infinite loop. Even after the update it still doesn't work and It's very frustrating as I can't use my external HD at all now and it's only 2 years old.

The app no longer opens. The very expensive hard drive is now useless and I've lost all of my computer's data after a $1500 date security purchase.
