Selini Service is the new Gruppo Selini APP for managing and monitoring your forklift fleet. A simple and intuitive interface will allow you to request repairs and maintenance services and to check their ongoing progress.

Requesting a new REPAIR ASSISTANCE has never been easier:
• Fill all the machine data and its operating status;
• Describe the current status of your forklift;
• Attach any photographs and videos that can better describe the problem;
• Communicate the fault code and the working hours of the machine;
• Attach your PO, if any, and communicate the desired date of intervention.
Your request will be forwarded to the Service Team who will manage it and provide the best possible solution for your needs!

Not just repairs, Selini Service is the new and innovative tool for scheduling MAINTENANCE SERVICES:
• Fill all the machine data and its operating status;

The Selini Group Service Team will plan the requested intervention and will support you in all its phases!

Is your forklift fleet too copious? Thanks to the INTERVENTIONS MONITORING you will be able to have a complete report of all the repairs and maintenance services required, their progress will be updated at each stage of execution, and you will be able to easily manage your fleet directly from your phone!
