Ratings and reviews

Horrible UI, non-working payment confirmations (updated: now it seems to be working), insane comissions and auto-enabled features (sms notifications) that you have to remember to disable, otherwise you will be charged extra.

Super unstable application, previous one was much better. Interface response is slow, quite often you can see "something went wrong". They say it is easy-to-use but in fact often it is hard to understand how you can perform some action. For example I have mobile icon on my desktop which was placed automatically but I would like to replace it with another one - I was not able to find how to do it.

22 July 2022 - "Something went wrong! Try again" error keeps happening even a year+ after launch. Not sure what's to blame, the app itself, or bank's IT infrastructure. Anyway - this is very inconvenient and happens in the most inappropriate time. Imagine you need to pay someone right now, but unable to do it because app does not work. Happened to me two times this week. Very embarrassing.

What’s new

- TRY card is available for teenagers: can be issued for children 14-17 inclusive without parental guidance.
- Kids (6-13) with a TRY card can now receive tasks from parents, report completion via the app and get money transfer from parents as a reward.
- Sense-game “Travel around Ukraine” is a little present for Independence Day: full-scale mobile game with treasure hunt and Ukrainian culture elements.
- Entrepreneurs and their trustees can now see contact data of their personal manager.
