About this app

SentriConnect® is a managed access system that allows a SentriLock lockbox owner to grant time limited access to their lockbox providing accurate and detailed access information to the lockbox owner. SentriConnect is a free service to its users providing security and dependability to our SentriLock lockbox subscribers. The user must be granted SentriConnect access by the listing agent via the SentriKey Real Estate system.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. So embarrassing when you're standing there with a buyer trying to get it open and sometimes we don't get in at all. it is not user error. It is so unfair that they tout Sentrilock as a more secure way when in reality it makes it impossible to see some homes. Another unnecessary expense for Realtors. And besides, you have to be an agent or inspector to get access to see the house in the first place. Useless and annoying.

Dear Listing agents. Please stop using Sentrilock. It is not reliable. Very embarrassing in front of our buyer clients. We could lose our clients especially when showing new clients for the first time. Everytime I Open my Senticonnect app, turn on my Bluetooth and press "enter" button. Then, it didn't work. It takes at lease 10min to contact Listing agent to release the code or to grant access in freezing cold weather. Should change the name to "Embarrassing lock" rather than " Sentrilock"

It really bothers me that a real estate board would compel their agents to use a certain brand of lock box, as well as owning a certain type of phone in order to operate the lock box. I feel it might fly in the face of fair competition when agents from out of town, unfamiliar with the lockbox, have to also use this app and system in order to fairly show a house. The app itself does not give any sort of "HELP" menu to explain how to use the system. A year later... I'm forced to use this again, and it won't let me in. If I want to change my password it says I must register first, when I register (again) it says I'm already registered. It won't let me log in or change my password. It tells me to register, and then that I'm already registered. So get this, I call them to blow away my account and start fresh. No dice. My broken account is my broken account FOREVER. I'd have to use a different phone number to try to use it with that. Really? They have me locked into this forever? They have my phone number and email forever? Seems illegal. This is the worst WORST App EVER EVER EVER.
