About this app

ServSuite Mobile for your Android smartphone is a servicing and customer management application that gives ServSuite software customers real-time access to scheduled appointments and customer-related information in the field. You can synchronize your scheduled appointments, enter servicing-related details, and capture both customer and employee signatures. Using the built-in email capabilities, you can notify customers when you are on your way, and send copies of work orders and invoices without the need for printing.

Other features include updating customer contact information, entering notes, collecting payments, and reviewing recent customer history.

the new update is pretty lame. some animations or actions do feel smoother but it force hides the status and navigation bars. Google Pixel 9

Updated 5yrs later & it's worse 1 star!!! 👏 This app freezes at least once a day on me. Every update you guys put out does not fix this problem. The whole app is so laggy and slow. Also if u want to write a note in it sometimes it won't let backspace unless u restart the app once again and even then it doesn't always let you erase or continue to add to the note section. This app needs a whole makeover from top to bottom. Unless that happens I am going to try and get my company to switch apps.

If you synchronize your data, it better be on lunch break. Itll take 20 minutes. Also, its guaranteed that the app will stop working. Dont bother with tech support, I dont think they know how this app is supposed to work either. They tell you to uninstall and reinstall. But if you tell them you've already uninstalled and reinstalled, then that's the issue and the reason the app doesnt work. Bite the bullet and get an actual service application.
