Absolutely appalling app, on my main phone, the app doesn't work on, other phone I have to have hotspotted, the keyboard keeps disappearing, I as k our office to report it and I'm told I'm the only one that has issues and keep my mouth shut, every engineer I speak to that uses it, has similar issues and they don't seem to get fixed, the issues just seem to be getting worse.

the app has two major flows: 1) it doesnt handle full screen correctly - it overlaps navigation bar, and dont start with gestures, app is used by old school appliance technicians that can barely use a phone, let alone gestures; 2) logs out constantly and needs very strong internet to log back in, bro we work out in the boonies, where there is minimal to no cell reception, we need app that works off dial up speeds, and stays logged in, my phone is password protected so app is as secure as phone

Updated 12/28. App is stuck on camera and doesnt take image. Cannot progress past this stage of the order due to the poor decision to not allow image uploads. The app is causing orders to not get closed, and people not getting paid. Unacceptable. Short sighted decisions like not allowing uploads because I might upload the wrong image or a personal image is a good intention but preventing someone from getting paid for their work is where that paved road leads to. Unacceptable.
